the project discovery always can not loading cell sample image

how to refresh the cell sample image?
when it loading failed.I must start the tutorial from beginning.

This seems to be a regular issue, I'm currently on here surfing for answers to technical problems such as;

1. Cell Image not always loading.
-current fix is close it and re-open until the cell images appear.
2.opening the window to find accuracy dropping or increasing by up to 2% since you last submitted anything.
-no known fix or reason why it happens.
3. The small screen for the mini-game freezing.
-just click the close screen button at top right, will usually have message appear stating the sample could not be submitted.
4. Rarely but usually in line with the cell image not loading, the entire screen will not load at all.
-close out and try, try again.

I curious if any of this is because the server supporting the game is being so taxed or if bugs haven't been worked out yet.

Also for the tutorial, I had to re do it once before I managed to finish it since a cell image and the respective choices did not load. Just try again.

Same thing is happening to me. Keeps failing to load image after a few tutorial samples.. have had to restart tutorial 5 times.

Your accuracy is decreasing because you're closing the screen. Every time you close the screen without answering a question you lose 0.2% accuracy. Increasing is because a consensus was reached on one of your submissions and you had it correct, so your accuracy increased (same can happen for decreasing).

Only way to get the screen to reload a cell image without losing accuracy is to close the game (entire eve) and reopen. Major pain in the ass and major hindrance to the entire project discovery. If they want this to be successful, they need to fix this. Now.

Thanks for the heads up Sheeth Athonille. I've found a bug while playing this and it is, unlike the other more petty problems, very concerning to me.
Currently if a bug hits when you are due for a rank increase, it may increase rank and not give you the AK for it. this has happened to me 3 times now.
the first was somewhere in the 20's, the second at 46, and the third just now at rank 57.
I do hope CCP is able to get this fixed as it really does have quite a few bugs.


Edit; did some tinkering and recorded it happening again. it is possible that you will get the AK before the screen comes up with you gaining your new rank, meaning you may get the AK but you will need to try again for the rank itself due to a *result time out*.

so you still get the AK (I hope in all scenarios) but it is not at the moment you gain your rank. Glad thats not as bad as it seemed.

Edit 2; got it to happen again. got 3-4,000 AK rather than the usual 5000+ for the Rank 60+ area. Im also done screwing with this for the night/week. good luck folks.

I'm making one more post here, I've made some videos of issues occuring and can solidly say in some instances AK (Analysis Kredits) are not being handed out. This has occurred 6 times now and I've got 2 vids of it.

Please understand I'm in NO way bashing project discovery I wouldn't have made it this far if I did not enjoy playing it. That said I hope more people play it and can enjoy it at some point without so many bugs.

Please also understand I'm no video wizard, these vids are going to be rough and unedited.
