Overpowered? Rails? A single ship does decent in it's role, and poof, it's op. Maybe you should watch a Rokh, Moa, and others of the hybrid gene still suck at their duties in comparison to projectiles or lasers.

I had great fun flying an anti-inty Pulse Coercer even pre-buff. It was hilarious. One volley was usually enough to discourage further engagement and if they didn't press that warp out button fast enough, the second and third volley quickly sealed the deal.

Best response I ever got was when I was baiting in a belt and a Crusader came zooming in. First volley stripped his shields and armor and left him in deep hull. He quickly warped out, unfortunately. But local: "Hooooooooly ssshhhh!" I laffed :P

It could, of course, not do much else than obliterate frigs, but it was damn good at it.
