When do you get the ships that come with the subscription fee?

Hey I just bought a three month subscription. It says that it comes with free ships. how do I get them?

They should be in the redemption system for you.

When you log in, there should be a bar at the bottom, on the character select screen, where you can drag them onto a character.

Or when fully logged in it's on the menu under the Big E, as redeem items.
