Women's 'Avenue' Shirt (black leather) Anywhere?

Hi! Does anyone know where I can get Women's 'Avenue' Shirt (black leather)? I assume it's a very rare exclusive shirt, but I'm looking to buy one. The problem is that they are sold nowhere at all. Not in Jita, Amarr, or anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one, or is anyone willing to sell me one? I'm willing to spend up to 200mil isk on one.

Some of the clothing items have never been released. Its mostly because Falcon and Guard keep trying them on

I don't recall that it's been ever released. But then, I've been waiting the release of a certain dress for 4 years and 11 months... Ugh
