Interesting times indeed.

I'm still curious as to the level of connection between the SOCT and Jamyl Sarum's death. Foil hat speculation at this point, for sure, but there are still many unanswered questions regarding the SOCT's actions in the weeks prior to her assassination.

And now the SOCT is taking over three main Jovian holdings?

It will be interesting to see what, if any, response is made by Amarr.

I'm sure we'll find out sooner or later, Utari - either they were involved with the death of Empress Jamyl, or were dedicated to learning something for the same reasons the drifters came after her. I'm personally hoping my Alma Mater wouldn't be involved with the assassination of the Empire's greatest head, but as a simple student I was never privy to (and still know nothing about) the Society's inner workings. Whatever Mentor Raish did, I'm curious as to his reasons and motivations.

That said, I am also looking forward to the possibility of agents re-opening to the public from the four corporations now under the SoCT, and I look forward to whatever is to be announced next.

I'm not one who subscribes to the "CONCORD as heartless bureaucracy gone mad" theories often postulated on the IGS, but they are really not helping themselves with this kind of opacity in their dealings. Transfer of major assets like this should be announced via the usual market mechanisms otherwise there will be accusations of insider trading at the very least.
