Hello everyone,

I've played EVE Online for some time and collected a good ammount of isk while fighting for the Minmatar Republic and freeing the Minmatar brothers and sisters from Ammarian slavery.

I used this ammount of isk to acquire many PLEX units off the market, hoping that I would be able to exchange them in PLEX for real world item offers like the one that was done in 2012, PLEX for GOOD humanitarian campaigns and of course, top up my account with free game time for unlimited hours of gameplay.

Unfortunately I no longer play the game and have no plans in doing so in the foreseable future, as feature development was unsuccessful/discontinued and the game doesn't appeal to me anymore.
I know some of you might be about to ask the popular question "Can I have your stuff?" and the answer is "Yes, you can have my stuff!" There are also no ongoing PLEX for real world item offers or PLEX for GOOD campaigns so I've decided to giveaway all my PLEX to other players that still play the game and are interested in acquiring some.

I am aware of CCP's Monetization of Videos and Streaming Policy and I intend to fully comply with it. I will not be generating any real world revenue from the offered PLEX or giving it away as an incentive to subscribe to a paid service such as a Twitch channel subscription or other subscription service. The giveaway is used to promote the popularity of CyberChaosCrew's Twitch channel and Steam group, as well as it's social media channels like YouTube/Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/SoundCloud, there is a full parity between all the players and channel users and all of them have the same chance to win prizes regardless of any subscription fees paid.

How is this not RMT?

Your offer seems to violate two of CCPs conditions regarding streaming:

1 - you offer "in game items" for people to sign up/ register/subscribe or follow you - all which generate RL $
2 - your "in game items" are not available fairly or equally as you provide additional chances to 'win' if you subscribe/follow/register


From CCPs policy:

Videos and streams may also not be used to generate real world revenue by offering in-game ISK and/or assets as incentives to subscribe to a paid service such as a Twitch channel subscription or other subscription service.

and

If in-game assets are used in giveaways to promote popularity of a stream or video, there must be full parity between users who are viewing the content for free and those who are subscribed, and all viewers of content must have the same access to giveaways and the same chance to win prizes regardless of any subscription fees paid.
