As of approximately 18:30 this tower has been destroyed. Providence Forces fleeted with PIE, SFRIM, Aegis Militia and other friends to take this tower out and save the slaves.

It is with a sad heart I report our fleet was unilaterally attacked during this rescue operation by forces of Capsuleer Alliance "Did he say Jump?" After attacking our fleet, they proceeded to destroy the tower then took the survivors. These slaves require urgeant medical assistance in order to survive, so I publically implore the leaders of this Alliance to turn these innocents over for immediate treatment, be it Amarrian or even Minmatar Authorities.

I take full responsibility for the failure of this operation, and extend my personal apologies and regrets for the lives lost in this mission.

If that may well be the case, it didn't apply today. It certainly has never applied to Providence Alliances.

If only the Disciples of Tribal Chieftain Strumming Murmurs were still active, they could have swooped in and absconded with... nay, "rescued"... those cast adrift in space by these cruel vagaries of war! It is because there is no Justice that I know St. Ocilan was correct, New Eden is Hell, and Mankind is doomed. May Amarr be cast into the deepest pit - amen.

It's reflections like these that tell me I should be extremely wary of things you say that may seem to make sense on their face.

I, also, see no justice in this universe. I don't think that's our fault, though; existence's arbitrary cruelties aren't limited to humankind in any way.

It's a lycanthropic Sebiestor eat cyclindrical kameira world, and that will still be true long after humanity vanishes from this world.

It's so beautiful, though.

The End of Man requires no fault; but, it is certainly true Creation survives Our Fall.

Creation survives the Fall of All Things, for I have seen that not even Death may Die.

Tangentially, Mummy Noh Contends there was no Creation at all, precluding its End, though I have yet to find a Caldari Graduate Assistant willing to look further than observation long enough to run the numbers. I reached out to one of the diplomats (Predator Elite, to be specific) of their alliance's corporations for comment and maybe a handover of survivors.

From the brief conversation with him I derived that they treated the situation like their "regular" hostile takeover. Looks like they transported everything somewhere, took all the valuable things and just released the survivors.

When asked for further comment, Predator Elite claimed that they "just like to pew". Puzzling. I'll send some inquiries to station authorities in that region, maybe there was an unusual influx of people with no registration IDs. See if anything comes up.

Considering they were all administered several strains of Vitoxin, the station authorities are going to have a few tens of thousands of people going into withdrawls all over the station. I suggest tracking them down quickly. Either that or they are still trapped within the hangars of whomever picked them up.

Given what they told Nauplius, it's likely that they're just out in the station. That's ... not a good position to be in while suffering Vitoc withdrawal.

On the upside, if local authorities detain some of the slavers, the formulas for treating the slaves should be easy to come by.

Taking the responsibility is a rare and fine thing to do. Apologies for what you deemed a necessary action is less so. These charlie foxtrots are far too public to expect anything but exactly what happened. The bubblestick going down is pretty much the best case scenario in all but the most extreme cases.

In the future though, it'd probably be a better idea to avoid giving the clown such an audience and arrange matters quietly over less public comms instead. This way, he's the one walking away with his mission accomplished and objective completed, no matter what happens to the unfortunate survivors.

I well and truly do not at all understand this seemingly pathological need among eggers to give this little clown everything he wants. It can't possibly serve any purpose or even be found satisfying.

Why would we? We have about two dozen combat pilots active across all timezones, rarely passing a dozen at any one time. Currently besieged by several far larger 24thIC entities, although unsuccessfully so, and without all of Providence to call on. Onzo and his people, not even counting PIE, SFRIM etc, can easily call upon numbers orders of magnitude larger than ours.

We have to fight what we can fight, and Did he say Jump, Provibloc or such fleets are outside of that scope. Since people almost immediately made the tower's location public, it was rightly dismissed as "none of our business" from that point on.

More importantly, "righting his wrongs" is most certainly not our responsibility. We didn't spawn that clown.
