Covert-ops Cloak Question

It can't, but that's more an issue with the launcher than the ship. A lot of people don't bother with combat probes for their scout depending on the type of space they are scouting and how good they are with dscan. In wormhole space for instance, sites can be probed with core probes so there is very little use for combats unless they are at a safe or you aren't very good with dscan. In other areas of space they are more useful, like when you need to scan down mission runners etc.

4 stabs will fuxor your lock time and range making moving from container to container a bit longer thus increasing your exposure time and likely hurting you more than helping.

However maybe it saves you. You will have to play around with it and draw your own conclusions.

However there are faction points that have -3 points. So for two of those you'd need 6 stabs.

Go into any scram module in the info UI and go to the variations tab and click compare then you can configure to see scram points effect and see what is out there.

OP I am fairly certain that you can hit cloak and then MWD and get one cycle out of your MWD while under cloak before the MWD shuts off.

Combats are also good for scaring away the competition.

Indeed, and more satisfyingly is when you whip out the combat probes and the local 'pirate' corps start whining in local because you're disrupting their carrier-run level 5 missions :)
