So, I'm not a math wizard by any stretch and I'm trying to find out whether there has ever been an app or script of any kind that allows CEO's to change their stock values based on revenue performance, or if anyone could come up with a system for doing such a thing...?

I know there are some math wizards around here that are up for the challenge.

I just recently did an IPO had had to figure out what my stock value was. It's not really difficult as there is only 1 kind of shares available in Eve.

First off you need to figure out your total Net Asset Value (NAV) which is all your assets and ISK available to the corporation. Say 5 billion. Divide this buy the total number of shares, the default is 1000, this will give you the actual share value.

Actual Share Value: NAV / Total Shares = 5M per share.

Now to figure you what the value of the shares will being over a year you need to project how much Net Profit you will make. So if you make 1B per month your projected Net Profit is 12B

Projected Share Value: NAV + Projected Earnings / Total Shares = 17M per share

Now here's the tricky part: How often are you going to pay out dividends as this will affect your cash flow and needs to be figured into your totals. I pay 50% of my total Master Wallet balance as dividends every month, keeping 50% as retained earnings so that the corp can function. Now this retained earnings is still profit and needs to be calculated into the next dividend payout and so on.

Heh heh heh, this person is running a scam. He/she (probably a he) is making the basis of this the "innocent abroad" routine. Responding to his/her posts isn't worth the calories it takes to press the keys. FYI. Do a Whois on the domain owner of his/her website, then do a Google search on the name that comes up. You may find it interesting in a tawdry sort of way.

Unfortunately, the "math wizards" are also in the Market Discussion forum. Over here, we'll just repeat that it's a scam.

You don't have any assets deployed, you don't have any corp members operating, wormhole PVE requires some money but doesn't require an "investment" like market trading would, and now you reveal that you don't have technical expertise either. "Recruiter looking for more, and for money. Not doing this for money, but for fun. Have website, need everything else." Good job.

Even if its a scam: who is your broker, Aquiileia? where can i trade your shares?

Also, is there any list for brokers in Eve?

It's not a scam. I guess I'm going to have to get used to everyone saying that just because I'm trying to do something a little outside the box.

I dont have a broker as I didnt even know they existed. We are handling everything ourselves. You send the ISK to cover the number of shares you want to buy (and a mail message so I know you sent something), I issue the shares and add you to our website and as an INVESTOR contact in my list.

Every month I'll issue a post on the Zempafy website explaining our progress, debts, revenue, etc and issue dividends based on profits for the month.

Ultimately, I want to figure out a system for stock value fluctuations as the stock value wont be the same for long.

I had the same thing in my IPO, scam this scam that. It kinda gets boring after a while. I'm currently updating my Excel spreadsheet to be more user friendly, you're more than welcome to have a copy when I'm done?

Oh and who did your website for you as I'll be looking for one soon?

LOL, there's no app. There's no script.

Good old fashioned hard work. That'll change your stock value. Start and grow your corp, delivering real goods and/or services for a reasonable profit. Consistently sustain this growth for an extended time... not days or weeks, rather, months, quarters, years... then, if investors trust you, they'll buy your stock for a fair and representative value.
