I believe that the price of the characters, since they were introduced the skill injectors, is easily determined now.
Just calculate that from 0 till 5 million of SP one skill injectors allows you to inject 500 thousand SP; from 5 million to 50 million SP one skill injectors allows you to inject 400.000 SP.
Now, your character has 11 million SP. To obtain an identical one, starting at 0 SP, you should buy 25 skill injectors.
On the market, a skill injector cost around 624 million. Then, multiplying 25 for 624 million, we get 15.6 B.
In conclusion, according to me, the right price would be around 11/12 B.


Mind you, that mine is just a humble opinion :)
