Station guns not firing as supposed to

I was engaged off a station today and the station guns did not come to my aid.
Some stuff to know:
- Less than 10km off the station
- 2 different stations, neither fired
- I had no criminal/suspect or limited engagement timer
- I have positive sec-status
- Me, my corp or my alliance is not currently engaged in any war

Unsure if the same happened when I was engaged at a gate...

Posting it here since the bug report gives me an error message, oh the irony.

Just an FYI, according to CCP Darwin they should still have the bug report as it is just a web issue:
