Recent economy report says it all. Over 30 trillion ISK worth of bounties. The system not good. You get ISK after you blow up an NPC. Even that you would be 70 jumps away in deep nulsec Concord get information and verification that you actually did blew NPC up.

This must be changed!

No cash until you bring the tag into concord station!

And now you probably noticed that this is anti-stealth remove bounties thread.

Wait, what?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you want popping people with bounties to:
- 'drop tags'
- you have to fly to some CONCORD station to convert to ISK

??
