Window Size and UI scaling

I would like to start Eve always with the same Window Size and a fix UI scaling of 110%.

How can I achieve this?

Everytime when I have used the Eve window on a second screen in smaller size than the orginal, the next time I start EVE it comes up with some smaller window size and an UI scaling of 100%.
After manually resetting to 110% I have always to rearrange all the menus, what is annoying.
