My fellow pirates, mercenaries, bounty hunters, lend me your ears as I relate to you the very fact that we are beginning to see the end of our beloved Watch List!

Ok now that I got your attention I am wondering how this will affect us in all space, whether be hisec, losec, nulsec or WH? I've always used the watch list as a means to see if my contacts (blues) or those who I dont care for (reds) and to see what they are up to. If in fact this is true, what tools do we have that can be at our disposal to take its place?

Am I gonna have to ask even a red if they wanted to be added to a 'buddy list' so I can shoot them or? I am not sure how this would work but if its anything like local in a wormhole and you suddenly find yourself face to face with them, I guess pew pew?

The other side of the coin would be your targets don't know your coming, think of all the war targets that log off because you log on, saying that it's not going to change anything for the hub huggers.

A soft answer turneth away wrath. Once wrath is looking the other way, shoot it in the head A painting of me

Meh.

It was a crutch. Most people just stay logged on if they happen to get wardecced anyway.

And now, the bastards can't see me coming..:)

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

To be fair, you can't see them coming either with those glasses on, if you insist on wearing them in your pod...Bear

You guys need a box of tissues?

Luckily, I've never relied on the watch list so nothing changes.

I find it likely that I have more kills than all thread posters here combined so I feel sorry for your new handicap in the game. As I mentioned, nothing has changed, except as some noob said: "they won't see me coming." . I find that compelling as I will see everything coming via scouts. Like duh.

Killing your ships and pods since 2008. Killboards don't lie, Don't get mad, get better.
