It might be more helpful if you gave details of what you did to fix your fluctuating FPS so that anyone else having the issue can resolve it.

Just deleting the content and asking for the post to be deleted helps no-one

So what was the solution to your sudden performace drop? A detail you missed? Energy saving function? Drivers using wrong GPU?
