Hello all!

I'm looking to invest in small budding new corporations and market-trading individuals. Loans and terms made on a case-by-case basis. Eve mail me in-game if you are interested.

Looking to invest in amounts of 40B or less per loan contract. No amount is too small :)

I will loan out for just about anything. Of course, some things I might give terms you might not like, but you don't know until you ask! Reviews of past contracts from satisfied clients can be found in this thread.

I have personally been a recipient of Makeleth's loans and I have to say.

He is one of the most professional and understanding lenders you can deal with. His contracts are very clear and concise and he is willing to form relations with customers and will extend personal contacts to those who need them.

For any start up, Makeleth is your guy, hands down.

What's your rate? I could use a cash infusion on a project I'm doing, but the rate would have to be pretty low for me to care.

I recently borrowed 500m and had a great and friendly experience with Makeleth.
He offered some great advice and ultimately has become a great resource for my corp.

We paid the loan back in full and he ultimately invested that money further into my corporation in the form of a stock purchase which was really a flattering. He isn't just about turning a profit on loans, hes about helping others accomplish what they are trying to do in New Eden and that, is rare I've found.

I will do more business with him in the future.

I would be willing to write up a loan contract for just about anything honestly, given the proper terms. Got an idea? Mail me :)

I recently borrowed some money from Makeleth. The process was quick and easy with very flexible terms and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

IWI diversification program looks good. :)

is there a plan to have this as a service described somewhere, and with different scales of loans credit levels?

Just so you could just need to link to the service and bump accordingly?

Thank you Thread OP Makeleth Riatu, Wanted to let everyone know that I borrowed 1 billion liquid isk from him for 1 plex collateral towards him for a 1 week loan. Was testing his services as a trial and it all worked well, and Makel creates documentation and contracts for bonds and loans! It was organized.

I am trying to build my Credit Score and Credit Worthiness in Eve Online and in the Market Discussion community slowly but surely, lol.
