Hi CCP,

I have read about the article that using a jump clone on a NPC station will cost a fee and while I can understand that you want to push player owned structures I don't like the way to penalize current game just to enforce it.

From my point of view introducing new features and benefits on player owned structures would be a better way to archive your goal without penalizing current game style.

Some possiblities that comes into my mind:
* Pilots get a timed bonus when activating a clone on a pc station.
* Each clone on a pc station gives a small amount of skillpoints over time (could maybe be combined with attribute implant removal).

You could also introduce different tiers of clone chambers that combine different abilities or the amount they provide.
I am convinced that you have even better ideas than me, but the key is that those things put value and meaning in clone storing and jumping.

Just my 50 cents about it.

Don't you think CCP have archived enough goals already?

Having lived Incarna, I can't shake off the grim feeling that Citadel and the Rubicon Plan will underperform below CCP's worst case scenarios.

There are right and wrong ideas, and can be done right and wrong

Incarna was a right idea done wrong.

The Rubicon Plan looks like a wrong idea done right...

I thought a daily clone bay rental fee was more appropriate. Owner sets the daily rate to what they want, NPC or not.
