Crazy thoughts for you to make fun of... (high-sec tweaks)

Note: Yes, I do know where the F&I forum is, but these are neither ideas nor features - they're brainfarts, and, as this forum repeatedly demonstrates, brainfarts are exempt from the rules of common-sense and in-depth analysis.

Inspired by other useless posts describing how to change high-sec space:

1. Concord bidding wars :
When someone starts to be ganked in high-sec, both/all ships are frozen by Concord (can't move or fire), and they have 30-60 seconds to out-bid each other (or click the "Concede" button to end it quickly). Whoever wins gets a 20 second grace period - ganker gets 20 secs of non-interference from Concord; gankee gets 20 secs to runaway.
Perhaps should be restricted to unarmed industrials, and if anyone else tries to interfere, they get put in a queue for their own bidding war.
ISK goes to the Concord Childrens Fund or the Concord Doughnut Franchise.

2. Boom! :
Anyone that can bring 500 or 1000 beam lasers to bear on a system's star, within a 10 second period, triggers a nova event, wiping out all ships in system that are undocked, including Concord and Faction Navies (with a few minutes warning, to allow the attacking ships to get out). This kills the empire sov beacons (or whatever) that set system security, causing the system to drop to nullsec for a week or so, until the empire regains control.

Number 2 is nice, except you'd then have competitions to see which alliance can blow up the most stars, and the next thing you know entire constellations would be disappearing. Then again, maybe that's not such a bad idea after all :)

I got a suggestion all hi sec tax transactions CCP uses to buy plex off the market and increase the plex prices. Be pretty awesome.
