shield booster on/off switch doesn't work

Happened to me twice today the medium shield booster which was set to autorepeat didn't want to be switched off or on anymore (displayed bit of red glow around module) ..relogging fixed it or the 2nd time i ported to another system.

Tried to post it in bug report but didn't work twice.

usaly happends to me when there is some connection problems .. like it wants to dc but it wont .. lasts for some time then either quit and start it agan or ride it out if must .. :) this is with any module that u need to activate/deactivate ..
