EVE General Discussion

As many of you know - recently CCP had a screw the pooch moment which resulted in us players being denied our God given right to play Eve for several hours. As recompense CCP has given us SP - as if they can buy off our good will . SP is clearly not enough. As every decent person knows (especially those God fearing Amarrians), true penance requires ritual self abasement. Accordingly, if CCP really wants our forgiveness and to show that they have learned the lessons of unplanned downtime on the psyche of the entitled player - there must be a penance event . A sacrificial dev (CCP Falcon or Seagull) must be set afloat in an appropriate ship (preferably an Avatar "Casting his sight on his realm, the Lord witnessed The cascade of evil, the torrents of war. Burning with wrath, He stepped down from the Heavens To judge the unworthy, To redeem the pure. -The Scriptures, Revelation Verses 2:12) in Amarr (the center of righteous vengeance) where the players can hurl abuse, missiles and numerous rounds of hot lead, to demonstrate the extreme frustration felt from not being able to play Eve for an hour or two. It is only through mortification of the flesh, the wearing of sack garments and self flagellation, that CCP can ever atonement for their sins and achieve the path to sanctity.

I'm still mad at CCP Falcon for putting the kabosh on our save the whales campaign - so I vote for him as the ritual sacrifice.
