After dropping $300USD in the EVE store and paying for it on the day, my order has still not been shipped and all emails sent to store@eveonline.com have not been replied to. Ridiculous. Buyers beware of the EVE store, it may be a scam.

Have you tried a petition? Even though it is not an EVE online matter, someone might be able to help.

Yeah the store has had these problems on a fairly constant basis as long as I've been here. Doesn't exactly make people want to do continued business with them.

Yeah. So what.

There isn't a category for everything, sometimes you just have to pick one. In this case, be creative.

Also keep in mind the store was closed for half of that period. It is just after the holiday period. Backlogs, inebriated Icelanders and so forth. Not an excuse, but may lead to a bit of understanding before raising hell and suggesting it may be a scam.

And as you said two days ago:

I actually just logged into teh store and checked my account. The order is there with Payment pending, and the total amount is listed as an unprocessed payment. So I guess they're just slow at taking my money.

Is your payment still pending? As Morganta suggested in your other thread, raise a petition. That might be the best way to get quick action on it.

Perhaps if you decided to purchase your goods from the NeX store for a slightly increased price you would have received your merchandise already...

well usually I find when someone doesn't ship or respond to emails, my credit card company somehow manages to get a reply from the people in question

Payment still pending. Just created a petition for it as a last resort. If I don't get a reply from that I will assume the store is fraudulent and take steps to dispute the transaction

Not responding to an email inquiry within 48 hours is very poor customer service. Having a delay in delivery due to holidays is inexcusable unless you warned the customer at the time of purchase that delivery would be delayed for a given reason.

I'd cancel the order now - for all you know the store front was hijacked by internet thieves. If not hijacked, then the store needs to receive lesson in customer care anyways.

BTW, its not the EVE store because of the security around the world, things take alot of time in the customs offices these days. It could take up to a month to get your stuff, I know it sucks but it is because the eve store is over seas. just keep you r cool budy, you will get your stuff, like i said before it could take up to a month, the norm is 3 weeks. Its the customs not eve store, remember that please.

I sent the store a mail about 6mths ago

Pointing out numerous errors, and saying hey.. if u can get me some stock of X shirt, i'll buy the suchnsuch windbreaker thing, but im not getting one without the other - so how longs yer delay to get some more stock?

Never got a reply

Seems they dont like making money. They show no interest in all in getting it (2mins work and 1min typing them an email reply would have got them a $300 sale....) - and now it seems they are trying their best not to take it by ignoring new purcahses from the store!

Isnt CCP great? Maybe CCP alliance should merge with Cascade Imminent?

Good for them. I've had to wait for almost a month for a petition to be responded to. There are only so many hours in a day, and so many people still submit petitions for bugs and ideas (things that should not be petitioned).

The store warned you they were closed for the period up until the 8th of January. It was in the top banner below the logo. (Refer to the other thread)

While I don't like leaving a customer hanging for 3 or 4 days, I'm also open enough as a customer to be a bit lenient if there are circumstances I can comprehend. If a company fucks me around too much, I'll take my business elsewhere.

It's a simple equation, really.

Keep up.

There has not even been an acknowledgement the order has been received. The players' payment is still listed as Pending, e.g. CCP has not taken it.

So forget about customs. This is all CCP and their web-store.

You paid $300 for a game, really?

But seriously, keep the petition up.
