Civil discourse is uniquely human. After all, when is the last time a pride of lions and a herd of water buffalo negotiated SOV over a watering hole? Never. Someone either gets their ass kicked or eaten. At the end of the day someone holds SOV.

FORGET THE NEW PLAYERS WITH PERFECT SKILLS

What you all seem to be missing is the veterans that look like new players but have perfect skills.

That is the problem.
That is why people will become more risk adverse than before.

The game hasn't even remotely changed since the release of skill injectors/extractors. I undock, people come to kill me, we go pew, we die and do it again. The only risk averse ones are the people who are thinking, "Oh no, he might have more SP than me now!" News flash, he probably had more SP than you before the change, you just didn't worry about it then. Ppl have more SP than you. Oh noes, life goes on. Play the game, or don't. Up to you.

So, your gameplay needs to be affected in order for something to be considered a problem?
I think we've already identified one of your problems.

This is eve. You you expect to dump money into the game and have all the same abilities as a player who's spent the last decade earning them?

Please quit videogames. You are a cancer that feeds greedy companies and turns games to ****.

Same old story

If you whine on about it don't play it

Who cares if a 1 week old has more sp. 1 on 1 I'd still kick there ass because I have 10 years experience over them
If there sinking tons of money into the game at least it pays the dev bills to keep the game going.

Even more win for me

I don't think anyone believes that by purchasing skill points they are magically going to win at anything. But if they have the money and or ISK to buy them, why not buy them. They get what they want, the sellers get what they want, capitalism at its best.

And what problem would that be? Playing and having fun? Because I'm not the one with an issue here. You are.

I think Eve is, and always will be, P2W.

But it was never about the Skillpoints, its about multiple accounts.

Example PvP: get a scout alt and send him in front or just camp one gate with your 5 alts running on 5 monitors.

PVE: boost yourself, be your own intel in Low/Null

Industry/Mining: again boost yourself and have an own fleet of guys running on different clients

Trading: have an alt in every hub and other alts for hauling between them, designated JF alt in NPC corp against Wardecs

Buying skill points is just speeding up the things you can do, but in a lot of things it is really very effective if you have multiple accounts running.

So if you are really about "Play to Win" or "Skill for Win" make everyone just play with just one account and we would have an a little more demanding game.

But then it would probably also cut the subs by est. 50%
