Pretty much this. If you really want to undertake the most boring aspect of EvE, it's far safer to do it in nullsec.

Not assuming a phish post for lame ducks. (if it quacks etc etc). hint: There are none.

Don't touch michi with a barge pole. (sic) The purchase of will get you onto a watchlist for a kill squad and expensive loss. At 1.4bil isk the 5% ore gain will never pay for itself anyway.

MX-1005 is the 5% flavor in highwall. You will also need to train cybernetics 5.

Mining drones require micro-management, skip those. Better to scouts and some utility drones for fun times.

Skip exhumer and foreman - jump right to refine and refine eff. Ore is worthless without decent refine. NPC station refining is currently broken anyway.

Considering mining is to date the most removed skill under the new trading, I will go with my first thought.
