Issue with billing and tickets this week anyone else????

So, been having issues with billing and tickets has anyone else? I have never had soo many issues like this. This is what happened.

The day of the update that broke everything i bought some aur. I went to pay 20 dollars and i used paypal and at the end after i added all information "click to complete order " so i did. Then my screen went right back to the previous screen saying choose pmt method for order im like wtf i already did this so i check email and i gave it a few min and no receipt. Im like okay something messed up so i fill out the pmt option again and this time it looks good. Then i get two emails shortly after saying i confirmed 2 pmt of 20 for aur now im like crap oops.

I forgot about the trans history in acc mang so i check it. The second order says failed in red and im like ohhh kool no biggie everything fine then. But it wasnt i check paypal and they had take the money out for it but it says failed and they didnt send the aur for it either but took the money out. So i put in a support ticket saying i messed up need a refund from the order that said failed and copy past the info.

A couple days go by no response yet no biggie. Then i go to log in eve says i need to add game time im like wtf i kow i got plenty of money in bank account. Check eve and it failed my card for month sub im like s^&t. So, i add game time put in my same card details that was on the account before and it goes through fine. I check my trans history and now noticed that the second order of aur that said failed now says complete in green so i log on and no aur from it so whats going on here? I put up another support ticket for my card being failed for the mo sub wanting to know y it failed and within 6 min i get a reply on this ticket, im like wow thats fast its been like almost three days on the previous ticket i put out on the aur order.

The gm says i noticed u got ur sub renewed can i close the ticket. Im like well sure but my question was why did it fail i wanted to know if there was a problem and I noted that i had a tick out from 3 days ago from the aur oders and put ticket number in it etc and havent heard back in a day now.

Anyone else haveing these sort of issues? Ive been playing this game for over 5 yrs now and bought plenty of plexes etc and have had very rare billing issue this whole time.

Paypal is the issue here, if you want to avoid issues then avoid adding an unreliable middle-hand. If you can use paypal you can use VISA/Mastercard, so there is never any reason to use paypal, except when buying things from stores you are not sure if they are scams or not, since you can fight a scam through paypal.

My monthly pmt comes directly off my card not paypal. The only thing i bought with paypal was the aur.
