Would go for a web and Nosferatus to keep everything going. You are immobile when you light ur cyno so you want to slow down ur target as much as possible.

You can pimp it more if you really want too. With my skills it has 120k+ tank and 400+dps. Slow into warp (a Tengu is better for that) but it will catch the inattentive and hurts things.

Depends a lot on what you intend to drop. Is it a solo black ops ?

Usually, people don't worry about DPS, just tank, capacitor ability and ECM resistance:

[Proteus, Cov Cyno]
Damage Control II
1600mm Steel Plates II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Energized Explosive Membrane II
1600mm Steel Plates II

50MN Cold-Gas Enduring Microwarpdrive
Small Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 25
Warp Scrambler II
Stasis Webifier II

Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Covert Cynosural Field Generator I
Small Energy Nosferatu II
Small Energy Nosferatu II
Small Energy Nosferatu II
Small Energy Nosferatu II

Medium Trimark Armor Pump II
Medium Trimark Armor Pump II
Medium Trimark Armor Pump II

Proteus Propulsion - Gravitational Capacitor
Proteus Offensive - Covert Reconfiguration
Proteus Engineering - Augmented Capacitor Reservoir
Proteus Electronics - Dissolution Sequencer
Proteus Defensive - Augmented Plating

This gets more warp speed (changing the propulsion subsystem), much more tank, more tackle (prop sub gives you 1 more mid), more sensor strength (at the price of losing your point range). You also may want to go for the interdiction nullified version, or don't worry about ecm and switch back to your old electronics sub.

Let us know what kind of drop you want to do (which ships, how many, etc.), and you will get a more precise answer.

Not sure I'd fit a Hunter Killer out without including an Extended Probe Launcher. Your primary method for finding targets is always going to be quick d scanning, but combat probes will get you kills from time-to-time. I'd also fly with the Interdiction Nullifier sub so you can get to your targets quicker before they POS/Dock up. Often you'll pop into a system where the Null Bears are carebearing it up and they will have mangled the IN gate all to Hell and back with bubbles. There's typically no one camping these (since everyone is mining, shooting rats, wtvr), it simply gives them a few more seconds to get away as non-T3, non-interceptor HKs negotiate their way out of Bubble Hell. Obviously, there is also the advantage of being able to more readily slip through FAIL gate camps when you're nullified.

I hate when people do this in threads, but, if you're wanting to HK with T3s, the Tengu should also be on your training list. Agility, agility, agility.

If I'm cloaky camping a system for extended periods I will often carry a refit for the propulsion sub/probes but you need to be nullified. The fit I posted is also good for soloing smaller targets such as Vexor Navies. Neuts help a lot but then I would go Legion and to be honest your Sin is probably going to neut anything on grid anyways Smile.
