In search of profitable opportunities in Nullsec Industry

I have currently made my money by selling stuff in mission running hubs in a couple hisec systems. I am happy with the 500M-700M isk I make a month given how little time I spend doing it. It's mostly just watching for good deals and updating orders on a daily basis.

I now want to start hitting 1B and am in search of nullsec opportunities. I would like your advice on what I should consider pursuing as well as your insights into nullsec industry.

Here's what I'm not interested in;

  1. Mining

lol. Now that we've gotten that out of the way...

At the moment, I'm thinking of buying and building ammo and ships from hisec and have them shipped in. But I don't have a jump freigter so is there a way around this? I can fly a blockade runner but have no interest in trying to evade bubbles and such. It's not lack of competence but I only have so much time to afford to the game.

Is it just easier if I live in nullsec as part of an industrial corp/alliance and buy the materials from members and then build them myself and sell it at a higher markup? Which alliances have little industrial backbone and could use help?

I'd like to hear your pros and cons to what I'm currently weighing.

Thank you much.

Bubbles and all that are actually not that bad. Go in with a scout frigate first (I assume, if you can use a Blockade Runner, you are able to use a fast T1 frig with a Cloak and maybe a MWD) and make a good set of Bookmarks (200+ km from all gates you want to use + a good safespot) , especially at the gates between Low and Nullsec. Choose a station, where you want to sell your goods. Cartograph the way to this station as good as you can, fly the route a few times (2-3) at different times, to get a feeling for the inhabitants. Once you get used to it, its easy. Oh... and never warp directly to gate, that leads to Lowsec :)

Edit: Train the Cloak MWD trick. It has to be second nature if you jump into a camp
