Maybe this topic has been raped 10 times over?

But I did not find anything about it quickly.

What about being able to transfer LP's like with a trade window. offer isk for them like in trade window. ?

some ppl like to buy the LP's and some like to make them.

I'd add an LP 'tax' based on the standings on the player you are transferring LP toward.

e.g. the player your are transferring to has 5.0 standing with a corp/faction, LP transfer would be x0.7. The closer that player gets to rank 10 standing the less LP is lost when transferring to another player.

e.g. the player you are transferring to has -5.0 standing with a corp/faction, LP transfer would be x0.1, or something so low that it makes LP transfer per the ISK they are paying you very impractical.
