As one of the developers and the lead technician I'll address a couple of the technical related points.

- There is no reason why the current server and host should not be able to handle a far greater load than we have seen so far in terms of usage. We have been encountering an issue between 2am and 4am GMT where a backup process running on the server appears to have a much greater impact on the running of the website than it should. It's an issue I was assured had been addressed yesterday afternoon and was quite embarrassed to find the problem recurred again this morning at the same time, so I'll be chasing that today at the datacenter to get it rectified.

- Yesterday also saw issues with cloudflare connectivity in Atlanta and Ashburn (VA) which caused us and others some problems with packet loss, including our lead developer and one of our bankers.

This week has been a lot of fun pushing the boundaries of this creation and work has already commenced streamlining functions and queries to make a more seamless experience for users. Absolutely love the feedback and in the spirit of full transparency we're happy to address any technical or usability concerns :)
