Imagination is not enough for story telling. If your genre is Fantasy, you'll need imagination and discipline*. If your genre is SF, you'll need imagination and scientific knowledge, at least on the no-noes, the maybe-noes and the doable-noes.


*Fantasy stories must be internally coherent, i.e., if a mage can fly on page 10, it will need to fly out of a pit in page 150, or suffer a no-fly spell or miss a magical ingredient to explain why he can't just fly out of the pit as in page 10. Otherwise you end up with something like "Lost". Ugh

I've just realized that I haven't been posting with Ish for months. She's still my main, but probably Yiole & Indah & Lea-Marie make it easier to post at the forums since they share a same login, which then can be swapped for different voices and different purposes... Also, Indahmawar's voice at the forums has become as bitter as Ishtanchuk's.

Other than that, I am feeling strange about having resubbed Yiole and Cecilia for another 3 months. I truly regret having spent those 80 euros, when I could just have PLEXed them until Citadel and then wait & see, both in EVE and my RL economy. I would hate using the extra pays to cover ordinary expenses, but can't make a financial assesment until I've spent a few months more and check how the supply bills average. I am not of the organized and tidy kind, with the exception of money. It makes me very uneasy to not have enough information on whether I am spending more than my monthly salary or don't, thus not knowing whether I can use the extra pays for traits/saving for my retirement plan.

WTH was I thinking when I resubbed for two stupid skillpoint extractors and all in all CCP just managed to cheat me off my money...

BTW! I've voted for the CSM with all 3 accounts. Used Neville Smit's suggestions plus a name ftom the CSM match. I'm a self proclaimed sucker for democracy, even if it's the crazy thing that's the CSM election where you don't elect candidates, but an algorythm blackboxes your vote to some undetermined result based on what did other people vote... Ugh
