Can you use injectors for PI?

Was the stipulation that you couldn't extract those skills, but you can inject them.

You can't extract if you have any planetary installations.

Originally you couldn't extract them but as Tau has mentioned they can now be extracted with restrictions.

Application of unallocated SP (which is what you get from injectors) was never restricted.
