Must be able to fly all PvP-useful subcaps (every race).
Obviously this includes gunnery, missiles, drones, support skills etc.
Needs at least one carrier and one dread maxed.
Perfect leadership skills.

Don't care about any mining/science/trade/whatever other skills that don't help me kill things.

Don't have an upper SP limit.
