Here's a more concise version: "Some mates and I will come roaming through Providence this weekend."

I believe they were referring to your unnecessarily verbose writing style, or so it appears.

While it looks like a wall of text (which you and your own should be familiar with complaining about), it's actually not so bad. I gave it a read through, and it seems fine enough to me.

Anyways, I have to ask... based on TEST and Goons' reputation... do you intend to go down to Provi to fight CVA & Fourth District?

Our organisations have no standings whatsoever with Curatores Veritatis Alliance, or with the Fourth District, so we shall engage them should they bring a fleet to fight us; but, in the same vein, we have no standings whatsoever with Curatores Veritatis Alliance, or with the Fourth District, so we have no intention of engaging in a prolonged engagement or series of engagements with them. I am sure that this will most certainly be interesting.

Goons are red to us. So are a lot of other people, that goes with being NRDS, and does not always mean that one is an enemy. If diplomats are talked to, I would imagine that things can be worked out peacefully for at least the day -- civility is a virtue to us.

I have made sure that the leadership and diplomats are aware of this.

I have a prior engagement stationside most of the weekend, but should I be around when you visit, I do look forward to your visit to our space.
