I just bought Eve off of steam, and its 19.99. It gave me two different pack's. blah blah blah. Now i made a new account, and it gave me 15 day free trial. When that is over does it give me a 30 day plex? Since i paid the $19.99.

Steam creates a regular account for you ... what you have done is to create a trial account via the launcher.

I think you need to register the Steam account here before you can launch the game on that account.

EDIT: I think this thread have the info you need: http://steamcommunity.com/app/8500/discussions/0/666826703617690801/

The first payment for an EVE account uses $14.99 for a month and $5 to activate it to full account. After you've activated it you can continue to pay $14.99 for each month that you want to play, after the first.

So it sounds like you started and activated a Steam account, and then separately you started and activated a second EVE Online account. Which is fine. It sounds like the Steam account gave you some packs.

It doesn't sound like you set up a Buddy Invite or anything of that sort, so the second account is just a regular account. No PLEX.

You have to follow the Buddy Invite instructions to get the buddy invite plex.
