Can you return PLEX?

I submitted a support ticket like 20 minutes after I purchased some plex, it was a lot and I didn't want to do that lol. I haven't heard anything back on my support ticket and it's been almost 3 days. Anyone know if they ever do returns? I never took it out of the redeeming system either.

Just wait for the ticket to be answered; most tickets are answered within a few days, but some may take 1 week or so.

Yep, I had a billing issue recently. It was saying my account was expired on Evemon, so I logged in and paid via credit card not knowing that they hit my paypal too. Submitted a ticket and a few days later problem solved. So give it time.

Just wait for a reply.
They have to sort things out on their end before they can answer, like what transaction is it and where does it show up in their financial system.
They don't want to reimburse the wrong person here.
(alto i don't mind the extra money)

Bought them just before your alt won Tier 1? :D

If you bought them from CZcP directly then no reason why they wouldn't refund it, the 14 days customer right to return goods should apply if you didn't redeem them.

I didn't know of the 14 day period.

My last ticket took just over 2 weeks to get a response, be patient.

CCP is good with responses in my experience, and I ask them some silly things sometimes.
