Time Dilation with no cause

In my current system I am experiencing time dilation, ranging from 21-63%. Nobody is fighting here, and this is the third time I've had it in this constellation.

WTF is going on?

Several systems share a single node so you can get TiDi even if your exact system is not crowded. In general it means that there is a fleet moving or fleets fighting nearby. CCP maps close by systems to a same node nowadays because making fleet movement slower improves the experience apparently.

The CSM minutes also highlight that empire nodes (highsec and lowsec) are on the same system due to the system also monitoring crimewatch.

So for now at least, one can assume where in space the Tidi might be occurring that ripples to you.

As for the cause... maybe PL travel fleet?
