Your sec is 0.7 how high do you need it to be?

You sound like you are trying to troll to me but in case someone reads this thread hoping for advice I will continue...

Chain systems killing the highest bounty rat you can in each system, do not revisit the same system for 15minutes as that is when bounties are paid out (per system) and you only get a sec gain for the highest bounty rat killed in system in that time. Obviously more efficient to do in 0.0 than in low sec. Just take a BC or something... if you like shooting people you have a chance to shoot people while you are at it. Bombers do work if you want to do it risk free.
