Cannot undock or load ships in hanger!

So the server seems to be back up but Eve is still broken. On a number of my accounts I cannot undock or load ships in my hanger. Do we pay for this serviceCry

Anyone else experiencing this?

Same here on one toon which was logged in when the server went down yesterday. Other toons on the same account work perfectly fine.

i had same problem clearing all cache files fixed it for me at least for now

It looks like there's a minor issue with bulk data for a small number of players.

If you clear your cache, you should be fine, and it should take care of the issue for you!

Have the same issue with this character, Clearing Cache did not work. :/

It's the bad player filter.

CCP's algorithms have detected that certain people tend to make horrible decisions at specific times of the week and they've instituted safety measures in the form of being unable to fit ships and undock to prevent them from playing the game poorly.

If your using steam to launch eve, you have to clear your steamapps eve caches as well for it to work along with the TQ eve cache
