1 week to open a ticket, and even today not really answered me the eve of the support is that way?Ugh

Well if you worded your ticket as you worded your post, they are probably trying to figure out WTF you are saying.

There have been pretty large changes to the game recently, this makes the support get backed up, be patient.

going by, realized opening a ticket in game support, however 7 days no answer or question from the game, I asked if this is normal, if you do not understand can not do anything, it was rude.

by the way, I'm not playing so, so it's easy you tell me to have patience, because my gametime still spending my time normally. And this time I was paid to play.

depends on what your ticket is for, some get answered quicker then others.

but as already been said, just wait. took me a month once for a ship reimbursement, and 1 hour for being stuck. so it depends

Also, did you file the ticket in the right section? Billing and Accounts usually gets decent response times.

Oh, if you're trying to get that account linked to Steam, and it already exists, try DLing the regular client and log on that way. Not sure how the Steam thing works, as I have as little to do with Steam as I possibly can.

Why would you not play whilst waiting?

You can't link a character with a steam account. I'm presuming that was a lost in translation, try rephrasing your problem here. May be someone will know the answer.
