I am creating this thread because I would like to sell my extremely focused and well trained Levi pilot (eveboard pw: zxcv)

When you factor in:

5b titan skillbook
~8.2b implant set
thats 13b isk right there.

He has 27.4m skillpoints, and is incredibly focused, meaning that he can be injected at the maximum xp gain, and made to fly almost anything.

If this was two years ago, that would be worth about 13b.

Unfortunately this is 2016, and so a realistic assessment would put the chars worth (from sp alone), at around 32b.

25 is a steal, and I could be convinced to take less.
