New Launcher settings wont import.

For some reason that is unknown to me, CCP broke my launcher this morning making it stay stuck at 0.0% for hours, so i am forced to upgrade to the new launcher. I have followed all the steps that appear to be right to me and none of my settings are getting imported. Here is what i am doing.

Under the source window, i see "Migrate old clients", "tranquility", "Singularity", and "Duality". The only profiles that have settings saved are Migrate old clients "d_games_ccp_sisi_singularity" (name of profile) and Tranquility (default). I copy both files to the target "Tranquility", and i tried both of them and they both have the the bare bones default settings. (Yes, i made sure to enable them by clicking the gear icon beside my name).

My installation is currently on a second hard drive (the path is "D:\Games\CCP\Eve" if that matters) and i am guessing that is what is wrong with it, but i have no idea how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.



EDIT:Also something else that doesn't make sense to me. When i tried to login today (i always have been using the exe file) i got the usual cannot connect to server which usually means i have to quickly launch the launcher to update the client. That is when i realized it was broke and tried to use the new launcher. However, when the patch (it was like 500mb) was done and i successfully logged into eve (With the default settings), when i exited the New Launcher Client and tried to relaunch through the EXE file, i was still getting the usual message meaning the client was outdated. Is this supposed to be working like this?

I once had a launcher stuck on 0.0% and it fixed itself the next day. Sorry can't help you much past that, besides saying the old launcher works fine for me so I suspect it's just a bug. There were some problems with eve-gate mail today apparently so perhaps that's related.

When it's broken in EVE...retry, restart, relax (and wait a bit). It'll usually fix itself. If it doesn't you can always open a ticket and see if CCP can help you out directly.
