BCs were nerfed, thus the faction BCs took over the old role of the nerfed BCs, and probably if pirate BCs will be introduced, then the original BCs will be nerfed again, then the faction BCs will be nerfed to what the regular BCs are now, thus the Pirate BCs will take over the role of the current faction BCs... this will most likely be CCPs approach if pirate BCs would be implemented.

But before that happens, I am still waiting for the free Concord battleship for 10+ years loyal members ! :)

That's not quite accurate. That only happened with the Cane, which was far better than all the other BC's at the time, some of the other BC's actually got a significant buff (& still weren't as popular)

Anyway, the better approach for CCP would be to move T3 Cruisers to T3 Battlecruisers, which would help resolve some of their issues, and make them more like the Tactical modes with their bonuses rather than the infinite kitset where people only use 2 or 3 fits anyway.

Then you get the 'inbetween' sizes being T3's, and the 'standard' sizes being the ones that get the pirate options.

There should be hundreds of more types of ships in the game.

I for one support pirate all the types of ships and things and other such variants.
