EHP: Avatar (Somewhere in the Ballpark of 45.5M EHP self-linked; 82.3M /w heat) Leviathan (55.5M EHP self-linked, 116M /w heat
Active Tank: Chimera (85,179.2EHP/s self-linked; 176,062.7 /w heat)
Warp Speed: Leopard (32.4AU/s)

These are the "best". They are also utterly useless and ridiculously expensive with those fits. (except for the Leopard, but they are an endangered species)

One thing to note: The more powerful the ship the more likely it is to either be blobbed or alphaed.

So before you open your wallet to buy the best possible ship in its class you gotta be ready to deal with the very high likelihood of being blobbed or alphaed and fit accordingly.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.
