Delete \ Filter skills

the new extractor \ injector combo for skills is dream come true for OCD people like me.

Now that we can empty skills to 0 it will be much appreciated if we can delete them or at least at the minimum hide them from view.

that cog wheel is not on training queue hence I missed it :P
