No Plex to redeem

So, my problem I am having right now is that I am unable to redeem my plex that I purchased today from Amazon. I linked the account as asked and have gone to my redemption bar, where no plex was shown, despite the fact that when I went into my account on the Eve website on my browser, it says that I have 2 plex waiting to be redeemed. does anyone know what I should do?

First thing you might want to do, wait a day. Sometimes PLEX purchases take a little bit of time to process.

If still no luck, open a petition to CCP (F12 menu) and explain what is wrong and provide AS MUCH info as you can about the purchase etc.

This way your friendly GM can track down why you haven't got the PLEX and/or what might went wrong.

Might take an hour to register ingame. Seeing as it's Amazon possibly next business day. Mind you I have NO experience using Amazon for plexes. For actual game time it did it instantaneously the one time I did it.

I've heard of people buying game time on amazon and it taking several days to register in Eve. I'm not sure if PLEX are the same or not but it might take several days.

I think it depends on many factors such as:

* How you paid for the item (direct by credit card, paypal, bank transaction and so on)
* Where you bought the item from (I would guess the quickest way is to buy directly from CCP)

I remember when my subscription ended and I renewed via Steam only to find out that it would take several hours for it to process. When I renewed on CCP:s website it was instant so I'm gonna stick to them and especially since the deals there are usually quite good.
