The BPOs are being valued at 60B in terms of collateral but that is their NPC value. In terms of a fire sale they would easily fetch 80-90B. The planetary vehicles are being valued at 50k/unit while their market price is 70k/unit. Their build cost is 120k/unit. Again, I was thinking in terms of a fire sale price and thought that was sufficient. I don't see how anything I have for collateral would be hard to offload as the prices I used to value everything was well below market value. But if you aren't comfortable investing than that is fine. It is your ISK.

All I can say is the BPOs are my babies, I am not defaulting, I want those back. The PV is waaaay to undervalued here to try and "dump them". Everything is too undervalued to default. This is just a bond to further my Citadel investments and payback will be swift and in-full.

Yes, I am still trying to fill the bond. The new terms offered today (2.2% interest) should attract the last 90B worth of investors hopefully. I'll be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your reservation just let me know.

The original terms of the bond have changed. The interest rate was increased to 2.2% to hopefully bring in more investors. The collateral was reduced to either eliminate or decrease some items that were deemed unsuitable. Collateral now stands at 180B with very conservative value estimates. Because of this the Face Value was reduced to 150B making the bond 120% overcollateralized. All original investors will receive the 2.2% rate of course and can cancel their reservations at any time.

Well as Xylem Viliana pointed out, you had moved your offer to 3%. The move to 2.2% wasn't to "slam the door in your face", it was to increase the interest to attract more investors and a move from 1.8% to 2.2% seemed sufficient. Regardless, if you want the last 90B for 2.5% I can do that.

So at this point we are just waiting on Grendell to take custody of the collateral.

Everyone that has reserved a portion that has not sent their ISK has received an EVE-mail informing them that the collateral is secure and that ISK can be sent over. You can go ahead and send ISK directly to me "That Broker Dude" since my wallet API is public and I'll confirm receipt in this thread.

If anyone hasn't sent their ISK by Saturday the 27th, then their portions will be opened up for a new investor.
