Am I too pedantic about the usage of "perfect" XXX? This is a nicely trained JF toon, no doubt, but perfect to me implies that ALL support skills are actually at V. Evasive maneuvering, Hull Upgrades, Mechanics, Shield Upgrades, Shield Management, Capacitor skills, etc. Anything that would give an edge to the Rhea. This toon is really well trained, but perfect? Nope.

Perfect has been redefined to mean: ...except for the half dozen other skills that are at lvl III that would otherwise be needed to be considered perfect...
