150B Bond - 2.2% Interest -120% Overcollateralized - {Bond Full}

Hello MD,

I am looking for investors for the following bond:

Face Value: 150B ISK
Collateral: 120% face value (180B ISK)
Interest: 2.2%
Duration: ~3-6 months
3rd Party: Grendell
Minimum Investment: 10B ISK

The bond starts the day Grendell sends the ISK and interest is due before the next month.
Example: If the bond starts February 27th then interest will be due by the 26th of each following month.

Bondholders will be paid out in the order that your investment is reserved unless you specify otherwise.
Example: If you are first to invest but want paid out last then just let me know.

I can confirm that the 1.8% interest is for a 30-day period. If a period is 31 days then interest will be 1.8%*(31/30)=1.86%. In my opinion, the best way to look at it is you earn 0.06% daily. I hope that answers your question.

I did research into other bonds currently being run and that was a competitive rate for a bond of this size and percent overcollateralization.

I was trying to value your collateral, but I realized it was taking too much of my time. If Grendell pipes in here and says it's worth it and he can expect to liquidate easily, I can raise my pledge to 50-100 Bill.

ok, i felt like wasting some time and looked at collateral in detail

wow. this is overvalued.

the Blueprints are worth it, but it looks like you are trying to unload the planetary vehicles. It's 1/3 of your collat and more volume than jita moves in a year. Overproduce much?

And some of those other items would also be hard to unload. if this defaults, ppl will get back only 1/2 of their deposit.
