By the way , race tells lot's of about people ancestry. For example those early humans, who decided to leave Africa, entering harsh and colder regions, had to change aswell - to survive winter, they had to be more awared and look further in the future. Also it meant less breeding, and be more crafty, to make better clothes and huts. We are shaped by environment. That's the key genetic differences, not only appearance.

Maybe because of too difficult conditions? Don't you notice most "Übermensch" lives in average climate zones. By the way take globe, and spin it , whike watching at land plots around equator. Why in history people failed to make any decent civilizations there? Amazon natives, Sub-saharian africans, Indonezians.. If people are "equal" , why they lived in huts and tribes for thousands years , (in some regions even up to now), without noticeble progress?

It has some good answers/research to those questions. IIRC, it was mainly location, available resources, and competition with neighbors.

Genetics really didn't have a lot to do with it, except in terms of disease resistance. Europeans lived in close proximity to livestock which lead to a lot of disease. The survivors thus developed resistances to diseases which is why European diseases wiped out 90% of the American populations but American diseases had little effect on Europe.


On a side note from the book, China had advanced sea worthy ships hundreds of years before Europe did. However, the political parties behind those ships lost, and the winning faction had the ships destroyed. If the ship faction had won, you could probably go through the history books and replace the word "European" with "Chinese."

Yeah it is, typical Amazon best seller material, peddled to the masses, only concerned with sales, completely adverse to controversy. My history professor even used it as an example of bullshit 'popular history' there's plenty of scholarly critizism out there if you're interested in some lol
