Although it is a well known fact that 90% of Jita local posts are scams, people still fall for them.
Regular Scams are:
I will double, tripple, quadrouple your money. SCAM!
The same with API key. SCAM!
I sell 3 expensive ships for 1 Million. SCAM! (2 will be sold to affiliate characters, the last one will cost 1 Billion)
I have seen a business opportunity. SCAM!

Goons have new Rental Program.

Goons have established new Rental Program Section 8, if it is legit or just another elaborate Scam our reporter could not establish.

But even if it is legit, Singelplayers will come much cheaper if they join new player friendly 0.0 corp or alliance.
If you want to join with a corp, you should make sure that still Moons for Pos are available, because the Program has a come first, serve first policy. Without Pos you don't need to rent 0.0 Space as Corp.
Furthermore the goons offer to use a broker, but the renter has to pay all the fees.
If you join you will have to pay taxes of 15%, this is higher than NPC Corps and you will be listed as Member of the Goonalliance.




Providence, 0.0 for beginners.

As our reporter has found out, Providence is the most Newbie and Singleplayer friendly area in 0.0.
Also for beginners is the NPC Nullsec. Still you will have to be aware, but you will not get shot right away.
