Terms of Use

Clients must present clear concise objectives for short term jobs. Long term jobs require the client to define mid-term goals that are quantifiable by some agreeable common standard between the two parties.

Potential clients are required to have full disclosure with Repercussus leadership, failure to provide full disclosure can result in termination of a contract without refund or unfulfilled objectives. Contracts will not be accepted by Repercussus until a full intelligence evaluation has been conducted nor will any payment be accepted by Repercussus until the aforementioned phase has been completed.

By utilizing our services, clients are privileged and allowed to participate in our operations at a line member level at Repercussus leaderships discretion. Repercussus also retains the right to use any completed contracts or events for publicity purposes. (NDA's available if secrecy is required.)

That's not a Titan, but yeah not the best thing to have on the ole KB if you are trying to sell yourself as competent.

What does showing balls have to do with being competent?
What does going to lowsec/null have to do with being a good merc?
If your goal is to kill your targets and the vast majority of said targets travel the caldari pipe why would it be a good thing for the mercs to leave the pipe?

Being willing to take a loss does not show competence.

Just as welping a Comet into a gang of 4 cruisers (and supposedly 20 SBs in the outlying systems ) would do nothing to show competence or balls.
